I just finished something I have been building for months. An end to end AI recruiting and staffing system that runs itself.
From the moment someone sees our job post to the moment they sit down for their interview, the AI handles every single touchpoint. Facebook Messenger. Instagram. Text message. Phone calls. Indeed.
What it actually does
- Imports the applicant and reads the resume
- Evaluates who they are as a person, not just what they have done
- Qualifies them, and shows them our culture and who we are
- Schedules the interview, then follows up
I do not see any of it until ten minutes before they show up on the Zoom.
Why I built it
Yesterday I finished a scheduling tool that will save us hundreds if not thousands of hours a year. Today the full system is done.
I built this because I was drowning. Because hiring was eating my life. Because I was spending more time chasing applicants than running my company.
Now it runs without me.
