Two hundred and seventy seven conversations happened in my business yesterday.
I was in Cozumel.
That is the whole argument
People assume automation is about cutting costs or replacing people. For me it has never been either. It is about whether the business can carry on being useful to customers on a day when I am not at a desk.
Leads still got answered. Questions still got handled. Nothing sat waiting for me to land.
The systems are not the point. Being somewhere else while they run is the point. That is what I was actually building the whole time, and it is what I now build for other owners.
